• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and file verification.
• Business Days: We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra, India.
• File Verification: Processing begins after verifying that uploaded designs meet print quality standards. If issues arise, we will contact you promptly, which may extend processing by 1-2 days.
• Custom Orders: Personalized products (e.g., custom posters) may require an additional 1-3 business days for production and quality checks.

Shipping within India

Our Courier Partners:

• We collaborate with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post. The courier is selected based on your location and pincode serviceability.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Timelines:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for urban areas; up to 10 business days for remote or rural locations post-dispatch.
• Express Shipping (Paid): 3-5 business days for metro and Tier-1 cities; 5-7 business days for other areas.
• Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to location accessibility, weather, natural calamities, or courier logistics issues.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping:

• Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery pincode.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹300, subject to promotional offers.
• We service over 25,000+ pincodes in India. For non-serviceable pincodes, we use India Post or contact you for alternatives.

International Shipping

• We offer shipping to select countries. Charges start at ₹500 and vary by destination and package size, displayed at checkout.
• Estimated Delivery:
  • Asia & Middle East: 7-14 business days
  • Europe & North America: 10-21 business days
  • Other regions: 14-28 business days
• Customs: Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs clearance may add 3-10 days.
• Restrictions: Some items may be restricted by international carriers or local regulations. Please verify before ordering.

Tracking, Packaging & Address Changes

Live Order Tracking:

• Post-dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number (AWB) via email/SMS with a link to the courier’s website (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL).
• If tracking doesn’t update, allow 24-48 hours for courier system syncing. Contact us if issues persist.

Secure Packaging:

• Posters are shipped in rigid cardboard tubes to prevent creases. Framed items and other products use bubble wrap and sturdy boxes for protection.

Address Changes:

• Address changes are possible only if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us at 9607640690 or aditya@printposters.in within 4-6 hours of order placement.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts:

• Couriers attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, they’ll contact you using the provided phone number. Undelivered packages are returned to our Pune facility, and re-shipping incurs additional charges.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays:

• During festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas) or sales, expect delays of 2-5 business days due to high order volumes or courier limitations.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

• Damaged Packages: Report within 48 hours of receipt with photos of damage and order ID to aditya@printposters.in. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our return policy.
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows no updates for 7+ days, contact us. We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve within 24-48 hours.

Other Delay Factors:

• External Factors: Weather, natural calamities, strikes, or political unrest may cause delays.
• Incorrect Address: Ensure accurate address details. Incorrect addresses may lead to failed deliveries, with re-shipping fees applied.

Other Important Information

Partial Shipments:

• To expedite delivery, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Copyright Compliance:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images do not infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders violating these terms.

Governing Law:

• This policy is governed by the laws of Pune, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.
